Bay Colony Development Corp. has funded quality loans in excess of $625 million to well over 1300 growing businesses throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Connecticut, and Vermont representing over $1.7 billion dollars in total project financing. Loans funded in December 2023 ranged from $170,000 to $489,000 and provided assistance to businesses located in Fall River and Swampscott, MA, as well as Lincoln and Sunapee, NH. The projects will contribute to the creation of 14 Jobs.

Loans funded in November 2023 ranged from $220,000 to $5,500,000 and provided assistance to businesses located in South Yarmouth, Framingham, Stoughton, Wrentham, Boston, Holyoke, MA, as well as Providence and Woonsocket, RI, and Hamden, CT. The projects will contribute to the creation of 69 Jobs.

Loans funded in October 2023 ranged from $101,000 to $1,148,000 and provided assistance to businesses located in Billerica, Shrewsbury, North Andover, Haverhill, Norwood, MA, as well as Cranston and Cumberland, RI, Nashua, NH and Windsor Locks, CT. The projects will contribute to the creation of 27 Jobs.

Loans funded in September 2023 ranged from $133,000 to $3,001,000 and provided assistance to businesses located in Hingham and Hyannis, MA, as well as West Greenwich, RI, Keene, NH and Brooklyn, CT. The projects will contribute to the creation of 22 Jobs.
