Bay Colony Development Corp. has funded quality loans in excess of $625 million to well over 1300 growing businesses throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Connecticut, and Vermont representing over $1.7 billion dollars in total project financing. Loans funded in May 2020 ranged from $130,000 to $1,010,000 and provided assistance to businesses located in Norwood, Methuen, Lawrence, Dedham, Concord & Holbrook, MA, as well as Cumberland, Cranston & East Providence, RI and Enfield, NH. The projects will contribute to the creation of 14 Jobs.

Loans funded in April 2020 ranged from $99,000 to $557,000 and provided assistance to businesses located in Marion, South Harwich, Middleton and North Andover, MA, as well as Pawtucket, RI. The projects will contribute to the creation of 7 Jobs.

Loans funded in March 2020 ranged from $15,000 to $589,000 and provided assistance to businesses located in Gloucester, Westford, Dracut, South Easton, Reading, Merrimac and Hingham, MA as well as North Kingstown, Bristol and East Providence, RI. The projects will contribute to the creation of 17 Jobs.

Loans funded in February 2020 ranged from $25,000 to $969,000 and provided assistance to businesses located in Sheffield, Methuen, Norwood, Brockton, Danvers, Milford, Acton, Wayland, Lowell & Dedham, MA, as well as Epsom and Nashua NH. The projects will contribute to the creation of 36 Jobs.
