Bay Colony Development Corp. has funded quality loans in excess of $625 million to well over 1300 growing businesses throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Connecticut, and Vermont representing over $1.7 billion dollars in total project financing. Loans Funded April 2019
Loans funded in April 2019 ranged from $125,000 to $1,051,000 and provided assistance to businesses located in East Boston, Weymouth, Boston, Newton, and Kingston, MA as well as Amherst, NH. The projects will contribute to the creation of 26 Jobs.
Loans Funded March 2019
Loans funded in March 2019 ranged from $210,000 to $2,449,000 and provided assistance to businesses located in Revere, Boston, Littleton, Lakeville, Taunton, Nantucket, Middleborough, and Newbury, MA as well as Exeter, RI. The projects will contribute to the creation of 28 Jobs.

Loans funded in February 2019 ranged from $195,000 to $789,000 and provided assistance to businesses located in Billerica, Fitchburg, Pembroke, Leominster, Boston and Haverhill, MA. The projects will contribute to the creation of 16 Jobs.
Loans Funded January 2019
Loans funded in January 2019 ranged from $81,000 to $729,000 and provided assistance to businesses located in Billerica, Tyngsborough, Middleton, MA and West Warwick, Bristol, RI as well as Salem, NH. The projects will contribute to the creation of 19 Jobs.
Loans Funded December 2018
Loans funded in December 2018 ranged from $97,000 to $1,744,000 and provided assistance to businesses located in Pembroke, Waltham, Beverly, and Brewster, MA as well as Middletown and Warren, RI. The projects will contribute to the creation of 14 Jobs.
