Bay Colony Development Corp. has funded quality loans in excess of $625 million to well over 1300 growing businesses throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Connecticut, and Vermont representing over $1.7 billion dollars in total project financing. Loans funded in November 2018 ranged from $170,000 to $972,000 and provided assistance to businesses located in Orleans, Billerica, Methuen, Quincy, Fitchburg, Norwood, Woburn, Natick and Essex, MA. The projects will contribute to the creation of 19 Jobs.
Loans Funded October 2018
Loans funded in October 2018 ranged from $96,000 to $1,638,000 and provided assistance to businesses located in Danvers, Lee, Pittsfield, Brockton, Hudson and Cambridge, MA as well as Hooksett, NH. The projects will contribute to the creation of 10 Jobs.

Loans funded in September 2018 ranged from $56,000 to $299,000 and provided assistance to businesses located in Charlestown, Somerville, and Haverhill,, MA as well as Coventry, RI. The projects will contribute to the creation of 25 Jobs.

Loans funded in August 2018 ranged from $80,000 to $616,000 and provided assistance to businesses located in Canton, Hyannis, West Yarmouth, Lowell, Haverhill, Danvers and West Stockbridge, MA as well as Providence, RI. The projects will contribute to the creation of 16 Jobs.

Loans funded in July 2018 ranged from $129,000 to $2,046,000 and provided assistance to businesses located in Jamaica Plain, Sandwich, Methuen, Brookline, Fall River, Waltham, Framingham, Kingston, Leominster, Georgetown, MA and Newport, RI. The projects will contribute to the creation of 28 Jobs.
