Bay Colony Development Corp. has funded quality loans in excess of $625 million to well over 1300 growing businesses throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Connecticut, and Vermont representing over $1.7 billion dollars in total project financing. Loans funded in April 2017 ranged from $109,000 to $719,000 and provided assistance to business located in Somerville, Westborough, Milford, Westford, Lynn, Natick, Pepperell and Northborough, MA. The projects will contribute to the creation of 27 Jobs.
Loans Funded March 2017
Loans funded in March 2017 ranged from $105,000 to $1,148,000 and provided assistance to business located in Provincetown, Hingham and Randolph, MA. The projects will contribute to the creation of 5 Jobs.
Loans Funded February 2017
Loans funded in February 2017 ranged from $90,000 to $965,000 and provided assistance to business located in Lynn, Georgetown, Lawrence, Gloucester, Hyannis and Brighton, MA as well as Dover, NH and East Providence and Newport, RI. The projects will contribute to the creation of 141 Jobs.
Loans Funded January 2017
Loans funded in January, 2017 ranged from $94,000 to over $2.1 million, for businesses ranging from Waltham to Fitchburg, Brookline to Danvers, Fitchburg to Westport. Approximately 32 jobs are to be created as a result.
Loans Funded December 2016
Loans funded in December, 2016 ranged from $102,000 to over $1.2 million, for businesses ranging from Boston to Marshfield and Great Barrington in Massachusetts, to Little Compton, Rhode Island. Approximately 21 jobs are to be created as a result.
