Bay Colony Development Corp. has funded quality loans in excess of $625 million to well over 1300 growing businesses throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Connecticut, and Vermont representing over $1.7 billion dollars in total project financing. Loans funded in August, 2016 ranged from $100,000 to $804,000, for 16 businesses, including aiding rural development and assisting woman owned businesses across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. More than 52 jobs are to be created as a result.
