Bay Colony Development Corp. has funded quality loans in excess of $625 million to well over 1300 growing businesses throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Connecticut, and Vermont representing over $1.7 billion dollars in total project financing. Loans funded in March 2022 ranged from $221,000 to $1,426,000 and provided assistance to businesses located in Tewksbury, Danvers, Haverhill, Yarmouth, Hudson, Brockton, and Easton, MA as well as Little Compton, RI and Kingston, NH. The projects will contribute to the creation of 42 Jobs.
Loans Funded February 2022
Loans funded in February 2022 ranged from $185,000 to $1,030,000 and provided assistance to businesses located in Dracut, Mashpee, Walpole, Middleborough, Sharon, Saugus, Middleton, Eastham and Rowley, MA as well as East Greenwich and Westerly, RI and Portsmouth, NH. The projects will contribute to the creation of 64 Jobs.

Loans funded in January 2022 ranged from $85,000 to $568,000 and provided assistance to businesses located in Lawrence, East Boston, Fitchburg, Tewksbury, East Longmeadow and Leominster, MA as well as Glastonbury, CT. The projects will contribute to the creation of 16 Jobs.

Loans funded in December 2021 ranged from $110,000 to $1,213,000 and provided assistance to businesses located in Milton, Natick, Haverhill, Boston, Lee, Salem, Salisbury and Acushnet, MA as well as Providence, RI and Putnam, CT. The projects will contribute to the creation of 32 Jobs.
